What is your return policy?

We have Quality Control Department in our factory that mainly inspection our products, they will check all processes during our workshop to make sure all the spefications are correct. So normally when we export our products to you, there will be no problems.1. For stock wig orders, please check the hair before you use when you receive our products. Make sure that the hair texture, color, length, and quality are all what you ordered. We will not be responsible for the hair if it is not in original condition. If the front lace or back lace is cut, the hair was dyed or the hair is cut, we will not accept return.
2. For custom wig orders, our sales person will confirm all details with you before we make orders for you. And if you confirm all details at the begining then we will not accept any return or refund after wig is made. Because custom orders are special made for you only, it can not be wear by other person. For example, the cap size and cap design are specially made for you, other people can not wear it by your size or your design.
